Monday, July 16th, 2007Hello from Big Bear!
Summer is upon us here in the valley. You can hear the weed whackers and chain saws everywhere indicating that you have all been notified of your weed abatement duties. I am real busy with the cleanup of the valley. Lots of pine needles out there. Trees too. I have been doing tree removal as well. Dead, dying, or in the way. They gotta go.
This weekend is the Chili Cookoff here in Big Bear. There will be live music by Skeleton Key and Damn Good Question. It is always a great event with lots of fun stuff going on. Come see for yourselves. Thats this Saturday at the Bartlette parking lot in the middle of the Village.
Saturday night you can catch Skeleton Key at the Pub, (yes, we are doing 2 gigs that day) and Friday night Skeleton Key will be at Wyatt’s which is in the Convention Center at the corner of Big Bear Blvd and Division.
